CAMP RULES

Conduct becoming a lady and a gentleman is expected at all times.

Parents are responsible at all times for the safety and behaviour of their children.

No profanity allowed.

Pets must be kept on a leash or under control of their master at all times, and when not in the company of their master, shall be tied to an unobjectionable area. They are to be kept quiet at all times.

Master of any pets creating a mess, shall be required to clean it up immediately. Please exercise your pets where a path has been cut in the field near the solar panels. Keep in mind that you must be clothed in that area.

Alcoholic beverages permitted in moderation on campgrounds, provided they are served in unbreakable and non-descriptive glasses or containers . Glass containers are prohibited.

Persons under the influence of or in the possession of illegal drugs may not be permitted on the club grounds.

Before any picture is taken, the express permission of any person who will appear in these photographs must be obtained each and every time, as well as the consent of one or more of the Board members. The consent of at least one parent is required in the case of photographing a minor. No photograph taken at camp shall be allowed for publication unless the person or persons pictured and the Secretary have seen the finished enlargement and given approval.

Members shall be required to keep their camping and picnic areas tidy. All garbage and papers must be removed from the grounds.

No fires, except in community fire pit. No fires on windy days and the fire must not be left unattended.

Equipment and tools etc. shall be returned to their proper place when not in immediate use.

Slow down to 10 kph while driving on club grounds. Children can be unpredictable and may be in your immediate area.

All guests, visitors, and prospective members MUST register with the office prior to proceeding into the general camp area to sign a liability release and pay designated ground fees. Should they become members, ground fees collected will apply directly towards their membership dues. Only THREE visits are allowed  without purchase of membership.

 

All members are expected to donate some of their time during the year for various tasks such as spring clean-up, cutting grass or helping out in getting ready for a social function. if we all lend a hand, there won’t be a big demand on our time.
